happy friday, friends! it's been getting really chilly here at night- perfect for cozy meals and lots of soup.
monday: split pea, fennel and spinach soup served with roasted sweet potatoes
tuesday: cozy millet bowl with mushroom gravy and kale served with a hearty salad
wednesday: farro and roasted cauliflower salad served with leftover split pea soup. :)
thursday: white bean and vegetable stew served with warm butternut squash & chickpea salad
friday: pan fried tofu, kale and stir fried noodles yum!
