happy friday, sweet potatoes! butternut squash and pumpkins are turning up around every corner, so we've started to incorporate them more and more into our meals. yummy! what's your favorite fall veggie?
monday: warm butternut and chickpea toss served with baked potatoes and a hearty seasonal salad
tuesday: vegan pizza served with roasted brussel sprouts and a sald
wednesday: thai curried noodles with broccoli and tofu served with a carrot and avocado salad
thursday: pan fried tofu, kale and stir fried noodles
friday: glow kale salad served with roasted veggies and millet
