happy friday, friends! it's starting to get a little chilly here in the evenings (which i love), so our meals are starting to get a little more cozy. i've also started drinking spiced apple cider for dessert, yum!
monday: tahini and avocado kale salad wraps served with baked sweet potatoes
tuesday: tortilla and black bean pie (use daiya vegan cheese)
wednesday: vegan tofu quiche (you heard me!)
thursday: cozy milled bowl with mushroom gravy and kale
friday: white velvet soup served with a garden salad
