happy friday! butternut squash entered the scene this week and i've been taking full advantage of it. i just love autumn veggies- yum yum yum!
monday: seitan and broccolini with clementine teriyaki

wednesday: butternut squash and red onion pasta
thursday: cozy milled bowl with mushroom gravy and kale
friday: beets and greens served with homemade bread and rhubarb crumble
