this week’s csa box delivered a bundle of sweet potatoes, winter squash, chard, kale, radishes, beets and lettuce- all of which i’ve tried to incorporated into our yummy meals this week! i just love fall produce, don’t you?
monday: smoky butternut squash sauce with pasta and greens
tuesday: glazed lentil walnut loaf served with cornbread and a beet salad
wednesday: pumpkin curry
thursday: leftover curry with a big salad
friday: baked penne with roasted veggies and a smoky cream sauce
