plant based dinner ideashappy friday, loves! we're still eating lots of cauliflower, cabbage and potatoes but i'm not complaining. it's these winter vegetables that sustain us and make winter so savory. our favorite meal this week was this delicious shaved cauliflower salad.

monday: cauliflower buffalo bites (um, yum!)
tuesday: thai noodle soup
wednesday:  jumbo stuffed shells
thursday: shepherd's pie
friday: shaved cauliflower salad

  • love this, My church has been doing the Daniel Fast and it made me think of you… I started juicing and loved it. Its very hard to eat vegan but it is so healthy. I wish I could do it full time but its too hard : (
