plant based dinner ideas

this week's meals have been both delicious and superbly nourishing. cold weather hit again, so i immediately jumped back in to making soups and using hearty grains like farro and millet. isn't it funny how our food and cravings change with the weather? it's tough to say, but our favorites would probably have to be the miso tahini soup and baked farro with butternut squash. yum yum!

monday: creamy broccoli white bean soup
tuesday: green powerhouse pesto plate
wednesday: 9 vegetable hot & sour soup
thursday: baked farro with butternut squash
friday: miso tahini soup
