happy friday, lovelies! most of our meals this week were perfect for winter weather. full of warm spices and hearty ingredients. our favorite by far was the big yoga bowl. it's so simple, though i had never thought about layering ingredients this way. i added kale and roasted red peppers, and it was fresh, filling and fun to eat. i'm already planning for another version, where i think i'll add some roasted beets and turnips to the mix.
