happy friday, loves! for some reason, our meals this week were extra yummy. they were full of warming spices and winter veggies. our favorite by far was the whole roasted cauliflower, you must try it!
monday: cauliflower risotto
tuesday: bloomin' indian spiced whole roasted cauliflower. yum!
wednesday: red thai curry sauce (i left out the fish sauce)
thursday: roasted ratatouille with polenta
friday: leftover night! :)
