happy friday, friends! it's still pretty early in the season for colorful veggies, so we've been eating a lot of green lately. asparagus, broccoli, spinach, kale and LOTS of lettuce. a salad at every meal! here's what we've had this week:

monday: miso sesame squash
tuesday: quinoa crusted tempeh over lettuce
wednesday:  cauliflower risotto
thursday: powerful pesto plate yum!
friday: grilled asparagus and creamy lemon quinoa
