stepped out of my home yesterday to a blessing of sun rays!
did you know you can roast a whole pumpkin? wash, place in oven and roast at 425°F until easily pierced with a fork (about 45 mins). let cool, peel away the skin (it’s easy!), cut in half and remove seeds.
