i've mentioned the timber mini quilt before, but i have some exciting news to add to it! first, the fabrics i used for this quilt from my new collection forest floor fabrics began shipping THIS WEEK. hooray! second, i added the timber trees pattern to my silhouette america store, so if you have a silhouette cutting machine, you can now use it to cut out the pattern instead of having to cut it by hand!

this mini quilt is so much fun to put together. it makes a perfect wall hanging, pillow front or table drape and easily goes together in just a couple of hours!

there are two ways to make this quilt:

1) the scrappy way (as shown above): CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE PATTERN. this version uses several scraps of fabric to give it a pieced, eclectic feel. step by step instructions are outlined for you in the pattern.

2) the silhoutte way (as shown below): CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE PATTERN. this version uses a solid piece of fabric and allows you to use your silhouette cutting machine to cut out the trees, which makes this pattern go together super fast! *please note, you must purchase the timber trees .SVG file here, but it's only $1! :)

if you make this quilt, we would love to see it! use #TimberMiniQuilt on instagram so we can find you!
