chana is one of my all time favorite dishes to make. it's quick and easy, but packs a powerful punch of flavor. we like to eat it with basmati rice, fresh avocado and vegan sour cream (tofutti is my favorite!).
tip: i usually chop the onions and the tomatoes by putting them in my food processor. it makes this dish go together even quicker!
