hooray for asparagus season! we've begun sneaking asparagus into lots of our meals, but in this grilled asparagus tart it really shines. this meal is light, yet filling and the perfect way to welcome spring. hint: you can also use the cauliflower crust recipe for pizzas!
a note on vegan substitutions: in this recipe, i used a couple of vegan substations. my favorite brands to use are earth balance butter, tofutti cream cheese and daiya mozzarella. (and they didn't even pay me to say that!)
