After 6 months of renovation, the new studio is DONE!
The backstory: when my sister and I had the opportunity to take this space and turn it into our own, we couldn’t pass it up. We could see the potential and new it could be amazing! So we dove in head first. The space has 5 offices that the family split, along with the main conference room and the break room (my favorite).

Perhaps my most favorite room in the new studio is the break room.
The details in this room and those cozy green walls make it a place I want to be alllll the time. It’s both comfortable and functional, which is always my goal!
RENO details: underneath that carpet were these beautiful (original!) hard wood floors. We replaced the drop ceiling with reproduction tiles, installed that grid window (a STEAL we found at a local antique shop) and added a sink and fridge for coffee / food prep. Add a little paint and it was DONE!

When we found the space it was in need of some serious love, but we immediately saw the potential. It had character, history and great bones.
