There are a sea of planners out in the world. Yet, I could never find one that was just right. So? I set out to create my own. I polled my membership of over 2,000 members along the way, and together we made something magical.✨Here are 5 of the things that make The Flourish Planner different:⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

You know that feeling when you KNOW you're wasting time, but you just can't get focused? Ugh. Ever since I had my first baby(😍), I've worked hard to find a flow and work/life balance that allows me to maintain control of my business while still allowing plenty of time for the things most important to me like my family and creativity. Of course, to accomplish a balance that works takes effort, focus and intention every single day. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
I recently read in a New York Times article on distraction that 82% of workers get interrupted on average once every 11 minutes, and once interrupted, it takes nearly 25 minutes after each interruption to get back into the swing of things.😱My goodness, that is NOT ok with me! And it's something that we can all overcome.⁣⁣⁣💪🏻

I like to come to my work knowing what I have to accomplish for the day. For me, this usually looks like a list of the top 3 tasks for that I need to focus on that day, then I set specified amounts of time to work on nothing but these goals, one at a time. I turn off all notifications and really drill down into the singular tasks. I call them 'power blocks' and nothing else happens during these blocks.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
If I don't structure my work time like this, I end up aimlessly clicking around the web, going in circles from my inbox to multi-tasking on all the things at once (I know you know what I'm talking about!). And as it turns out, I'm not all that good at multi-tasking anyways.⁣⁣⁣(🙋🏼‍♀️?)
Once I finish a power block, I'll reward myself with 15 minutes of aimless clicking around the web, checking email and all the platforms I use for my business.⁣⁣⁣ I can get SO much accomplished when I just FOCUS!
