What did you love about the Immersion Course?

I love how humble and kind everyone is, how the videos and tutorials gently guides you through every step and how MUCH I LEARNED even though I have been working with design and illustrator for 20+ years!

What made you decide to enroll?

I have been working in the advertisement industry for 20 years. I love to design and draw but after following other people’s directions and design manuals, I have so many ideas and creative flows of my own to follow.

After talking some small courses with pattern making I found Bonnie’s Immersion course, which seemed so multilayered with both designing and drawing tips, business tips, and how to focus and make your goals. It sounded great! 

My biggest concern was regarding how much I would learn since I already knew Illustrator and used it everyday. But I learnt so much! I followed every lesson and watched how Bonnie used it, and it was mind-blowing – I learnt new tools and how to draw and color stuff, and of course how to make patterns.

It was really well invested money, and after the Immersion I finally felt I had been given my creative sparkle back.

After that I took the big step to not work full time at the ad-agency, but instead freelance. And it is so fun!
