Investing in this course has opened a lot of beautiful things in my Surface Pattern Design career. After taking the course I felt confident and secure to start pitching brands to send my designs for consideration. In the course, I learned how to develop my collections and start building my portfolio.

The best part of the course was how supportive Bonnie's team was and being part of a wonderful community. I have always felt the SPD community is so open and friendly.

The best skill I have from the Immersion course is how easy I can work in Adobe Illustrator. I used to be afraid of the program, but Bonnie made me see how easy and friendly it is to use the program.

I found Bonnie's skillshare classes in 2016, I was working in the apparel business (the manufacturing side) and wanted to shift to a more creative side of my fashion career. I took all of Bonnie's courses and I wanted to continue learning from her. In 2018 she launched the Immersion Course and I knew it was the perfect time for me to learn more about Adobe Illustrator and the business side of SPD.

These four years have not been easy, but after taking the course I have been able to work with different companies and license my designs. It is a dream come true to see my designs on real products. My next step is to continue reaching out to brands to show them my portfolio to license or sell my designs.
